The PC Patrol was established in mid-2006 in Toronto, Ontario.

We (the Company) offer professional, cost-effective computer sales, service and support both to our local Toronto community, as well as visitors to this website.  As an alternative to larger, more expensive companies, The PC Patrol does not believe in charging outrageous rates.  While other corporations charge in the hundreds of dollars for even the simplest tasks, most services we provide will cost you less than $100 in labour charges.

The PC Patrol offers on-site services by appointment to clients residing within the Scarborough, Ontario area.  Arrangements can be made for those in the Greater Toronto Area.  Also available is a drop-off service, generously hosted at TechDirect Canada‘s Scarborough location.

Typical turnaround time for most repairs is one (1) business day, and drop-off hours of operation are as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM,
• Saturday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM,
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM,
• Location is closed on all holidays (Sunday & Monday for holidays falling on either day)
